Who handles your information

This site is operated by BYITL, LLC, a limited liability company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. LeaseUpTours is a brand of BYITL, LLC, not a separate legal entity, so BYITL, LLC is the company responsible for the information described here. Reach us at hello@leaseuptours.com.

What this site collects

These pages are static files. There are no accounts, no logins, and no contact forms, so the only information the site itself receives is what your browser sends to load a page and what our analytics records about that visit.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and where they arrived from. It sets cookies in your browser and collects your approximate location, device and browser type, referring site, and the pages you view. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. We do not use it to build advertising audiences, and we have not enabled Google Ads personalization on this property.
Delivery. The site is served by Amazon CloudFront. Amazon processes your IP address to route the request. We have not enabled request logging, so we keep no server-side record of your visit.

Opting out of analytics

Any of these stops the analytics described above:

Turn on Global Privacy Control or your browser's Do Not Track setting — we honor both, and analytics will not load.
Install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Block cookies for this site, or use any content blocker.

When you email us

Email to hello@leaseuptours.com reaches a Google Workspace mailbox we control. We keep what you send so we can answer you and, if you become a client, run the project. We do not add you to a marketing list from an inbound email.

When you pay

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch this site, and we never see or store a full card number. Stripe shares with us the information we need to fulfill the work: your name, email, billing address, the property name and address you enter at checkout, and the amount paid.

Stripe processes that information as its own controller under its privacy policy. Your card statement will show BYITL LLC, because BYITL, LLC is the merchant of record.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. It reaches only the providers we use to run the business: Google (analytics and email), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Each acts under its own agreement with us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

Footage of your property

Video we shoot on a project is business content, not personal information, and we handle it under the terms of service. We do not deliberately film individuals, and if someone is incidentally captured in a shot you would rather not use, tell us and we will cut it.

How long we keep things

Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Project records — email threads, invoices, and delivered footage — are kept for as long as we work together and for seven years afterwards, which is the period our tax and accounting obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@leaseuptours.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in a place with specific privacy rights — such as California, the EU, or the UK — tell us and we will handle your request under those rules.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page.
