Answered before you ask
Do you need FAA permission to fly a drone indoors?
No. Indoor flight isn't FAA-regulated airspace, so there's no waiver or authorization to wait on — we can shoot the week you book. We carry liability insurance for every shoot and can send a certificate to your risk team on request.
How long are you on site?
About two hours for a typical amenity deck, leasing lounge, and one or two model units. We work around your tour schedule and don't need the building cleared.
What formats do we get?
A widescreen cut for your website hero, a file sized and encoded for ILS syndication feeds, and a vertical edit for Instagram Reels and TikTok. All delivered as downloadable files you own outright — there's no hosting subscription attached.
What does it cost beyond the founding offer?
Commercial and larger lease-up projects are quoted per project, based on square footage and how many spaces you want covered. Those are invoiced rather than paid by card, with ACH bank debit available.
Who am I actually hiring?
BYITL, LLC — a Charlotte-based company. LeaseUpTours is our property-media brand, not a separate legal entity. Your contract, invoice, and card statement will all show BYITL, LLC.
